We developed a strategy for British Chamber of Commerce Thailand to differentiate from its competitors. With new content pillars and a refreshed tone of voice and visual style, we created a LinkedIn-focused strategy focused on building community with existing members and inviting in new members.
Results
In the first six months, the BCCT business page grew organically by 60% with massive increases in all engagement and reach metrics. In ROI terms, many new members were acquired directly from social media and average event attendances increased.
