With a very active marketing department and hundreds of legal updates and case studies published over the years, the client wanted to modernize their aging Drupal CMS (Content Management System) as part of their upcoming rebrand and website redesign.
With every piece of content – such as Locations, Practices, Industries, Lawyers or Insights – being related, a lot of thoughts were needed around the data model and the ability to export the data to a new CMS.
Results
Lexicon executed on the new design with fully customizable page templates coupled with a backend built with ease of use in mind.
Data was migrated to the new CMS, WordPress, and an integration with Elasticsearch was developed in order to enable full text search features on the content. Security was also taken in consideration with all the required settings to protect the website of common attacks.
