Lexicon Tech Lab Shines Bright with SATCC Diamond Membership

Bangkok, Thailand, June 2020 – The Lexicon Tech Lab is delighted to announce a new partnership agreement, following the signing of its Diamond Level Membership with the South African – Thai Chamber of Commerce.

“We’ve previously done business with several members of the SATCC leadership team and found them to be dynamic, professional, and excellent to work with,” said Maxime Schmitt, Director of Lexicon’s Tech Lab. “SATCC is clearly a chamber on the rise – and just like us, they have a talented team and plenty of potential. SATCC’s excellent connections and resources make it a logical strategic partner for virtually any business in Thailand.”

Lexicon is a long-standing and active member of the British, American, and Australian Chambers of Commerce. The digital marketing agency’s team members regularly attend networking events, while also hosting joint events and webinars with the chambers. As newly registered Diamond members, Lexicon intends to take the same active approach to the SATCC.

This approach has been a core element of Lexicon’s strategy since the beginning. Over its five years in operation, Lexicon has grown quickly from 3 to 35 staff, and the company’s founder and managing director David Norcross credits chambers of commerce for playing a major role in its success.

“The chambers play an extraordinarily important role in bringing the business community together and providing valuable support and guidance – they’ve been especially valuable in these challenging times,” said Norcross. “Lexicon has been very fortunate. Since our business is primarily conducted online, we’ve fared better than many other companies during the ongoing COVID-19 crisis. Accordingly, we were looking to support another chamber and the SATCC was an obvious choice as it represents an emerging sector of the local business community.”

Lexicon’s Tech Lab was launched in July of 2019, after the Bangkok-based digital PR agency’s acquisition of Hong Kong-based Next Step Systems. From that point on, the Lexicon Tech Lab has been fully integrated into Lexicon’s brand storytelling solutions, enabling Lexicon clients to benefit from an expanded range of value-added services.

“Tech Lab has gone from strength to strength since it was incorporated into Lexicon last year,” said Tech Lab Director Maxime Schmitt. “We’ve grown steadily alongside the rest of the company, and we’re thrilled to play a key role in Lexicon’s vision for the future. In addition to our membership in the SATCC, the Bangkok business community will be seeing several new and exciting projects from Tech Lab in the coming months.”

These projects relate to Tech Lab’s core service offerings, which include website design, customized software and web app development, Line BCRM implementation, and the development of bespoke e-commerce portals.
