First we developed a strategy focused on building community with existing members and inviting in new members. Then, we executed a new tone of voice, visual style and led a member-focus calendar focusing on telling the story of the BCCT.
In the first six months, the BCCT business page grew organically by 60% with massive increases in all engagement and reach metrics. In ROI terms, many new members were acquired directly from social media and average event attendances increased.
