การแจ้งเบาะแสเพื่อการกำกับดูแลกิจการที่ดี

The Whistleblower Committee has been established at Indorama Ventures for many years and although we have the [email protected] email address in the Corporate Governance section of our website, there are still many employees who would like a better understanding of its usefulness to the organization. What exactly is a whistleblower? The Government Accountability Project (GAP) was created in 1977 at the Institute for Policy Studies (IPS) in the United States to work in the public interest in defense of whistleblowers. It describes a whistleblower as “an employee who discloses information that he/she reasonably believes is evidence of illegality, gross waste or fraud, mismanagement, abuse of power, general wrongdoing, or a substantial and specific danger to public health and safety.”

หลายปีที่ผ่านมา บริษัท อินโดรามา เวนเจอร์ส ได้จัดตั้งคณะกรรมการการแจ้งเบาะแสและมีช่องทางติดต่อที่ประกาศบนหน้าเว็บไซต์ ภายใต้หัวข้อการกำกับดูแลกิจการที่ดีผ่านทางอีเมล์ [email protected] อย่างไรก็ดี ยังคงมีพนักงานอีกจำนวนมาก ที่ต้องการทำความเข้าใจถึงประโยชน์ของการกำกับดูแลกิจการที่มีต่อองค์กร และแท้จริงแล้วการแจ้งเบาะแสคืออะไร องค์การความรับผิดชอบของรัฐบาล Government Accountability Project (GAP) ก่อตั้งขึ้น เมื่อปี 2520 โดยสถาบันเพื่อการศึกษาด้านนโยบาย Institute for Policy Studies (IPS) ในสหรัฐอเมริกา องค์กรแห่งนี้ดำเนินงานเพื่อประโยชน์สาธารณะ อีกทั้งให้การปกป้องแก่ผู้แจ้งเบาะแส โดยองค์กรได้ระบุว่า ผู้แจ้งเบาะแสในที่นี้ได้แก่ “ พนักงานผู้เปิดเผยข้อมูลที่เชื่อว่าเป็นหลักฐานของการกระทำที่มิชอบด้วยกฎหมาย การสูญเสียประโยชน์หรือการทุจริตการบริหารจัดการที่ไม่เหมาะสม การใช้อำนาจหรือการกระทำ ผิดกฎหมายทั่วไป หรือการก่ออันตรายที่เป็นรูปธรรมและเฉพาะเจาะจงต่อสุขภาพและความปลอดภัยของส่วนรวม ”

1. การเข้าร่วมงานแสดงสินค้า

1. Admission to Exhibition

1.1     อนุญาตให้นำสินค้าและบริการเฉพาะรายการที่ได้ระบุไว้ในใบสมัครของแต่ละกิจการมาจัดแสดงจำหน่ายเท่านั้น  โดยสินค้าที่นำมาจัดแสดงและจำหน่ายต้องเป็นสินค้าที่มีคุณภาพดีและผลิตในประเทศไทย กรณีที่ตรวจพบว่า นำสินค้าและกิจการที่ผิดกฎหมาย หรือไม่ได้รับอนุญาตมาจำหน่ายหรือเผยแพร่ในงาน  ผู้จัดงานขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการปิดคูหา ของท่านและจะมีผลต่อการพิจารณาให้เข้าร่วมงานในครั้งต่อไป

1.1     Only registered products and services are allowed to be exhibited and sold. Every product exhibited and sold in the exhibition must be manufactured in Thailand with high quality materials. If products are found to have been made illegally or are not allowed to be distributed in this exhibition, the organizer has the right to close down the exhibitor’s booth and there will be further consideration about letting the exhibitor participate in future events.
