1. การเข้าร่วมงานแสดงสินค้า

1. Admission to Exhibition

1.1     อนุญาตให้นำสินค้าและบริการเฉพาะรายการที่ได้ระบุไว้ในใบสมัครของแต่ละกิจการมาจัดแสดงจำหน่ายเท่านั้น  โดยสินค้าที่นำมาจัดแสดงและจำหน่ายต้องเป็นสินค้าที่มีคุณภาพดีและผลิตในประเทศไทย กรณีที่ตรวจพบว่า นำสินค้าและกิจการที่ผิดกฎหมาย หรือไม่ได้รับอนุญาตมาจำหน่ายหรือเผยแพร่ในงาน  ผู้จัดงานขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการปิดคูหา ของท่านและจะมีผลต่อการพิจารณาให้เข้าร่วมงานในครั้งต่อไป

1.1     Only registered products and services are allowed to be exhibited and sold. Every product exhibited and sold in the exhibition must be manufactured in Thailand with high quality materials. If products are found to have been made illegally or are not allowed to be distributed in this exhibition, the organizer has the right to close down the exhibitor’s booth and there will be further consideration about letting the exhibitor participate in future events.

1.2     Transferring or renting your booth so another may sell, promote and exhibit their products and services is not allowed. If found out, the organizer has the right to close down the exhibitor’s booth and there will be further consideration about letting the exhibitor participate in future events.

1.3     ต้องติดป้ายแสดงชื่อกิจการ (ตรงกับชื่อที่แจ้งในใบสมัคร) และหมายเลขคูหาอย่างชัดเจน

1.3     Every booth must have their name sign (which matches the name in application) and booth number shown clearly.

1.4     ผู้ร่วมแสดงสินค้าต้องรับผิดชอบต่อการกระทำของเจ้าหน้าที่หรือตัวแทนของท่านรวมทั้งรับผิดชอบในสินค้าที่ท่านนำมาแสดงเองและขอแนะนำให้ผู้เข้าร่วมงานทำประกันสินค้าของตนไว้ระหว่างวันเวลาแสดง

1.4     All exhibitors need to be responsible for their staff’s behavior and their products. Insurance is recommended for the duration of the exhibition.

1.5     ผู้เข้าร่วมงานจะต้องจัดหาเจ้าหน้าที่อยู่ประจำคูหาตลอดงานและเปิด–ปิดคูหาตามเวลาที่กำหนด ทั้งนี้เจ้าหน้าที่ประจำคูหาควรมาจัดสินค้าให้เรียบร้อยก่อนงานเปิดอย่างน้อย 30 นาที และออกจากอาคารแสดงภายในเวลาที่กำหนดหลังจากงานแสดงปิดลง

1.5     All exhibitors need to have their staff in the booth at all times and open and close their booth on time. Additionally, the staff need to get their booth ready 30 minutes prior to opening time and need to get out of the exhibition area within the prescribed period of time after closing time.

1.6     ในการส่งเสริมการขายระหว่างการจัดแสดงสินค้า  ผู้เข้าร่วมงานสามารถติดป้าย/ สติ๊กเกอร์/ โปสเตอร์                    ได้เฉพาะในบริเวณคูหาของตนเอง  หรือบนป้ายโฆษณาที่ผู้จัดงานทำขึ้นเพื่อขายพื้นที่เท่านั้น  ห้ามแจกใบปลิว บัตรเชิญ ฯลฯ  บริเวณทางเดินและทางเข้า – ออกหรือนอกคูหาจัดแสดง

1.6     The exhibitor may put up signs, stickers or posters only in the area of their booth or on the designated advertising sign provided by organizer. Distributing fliers is not allowed in all areas of the exhibition hall.

1.7     ผู้จัดงานขอสงวนสิทธิ์ที่จะตักเตือน หรือขอยกเลิกการสาธิตใดๆที่ก่อให้เกิดเสียงดัง/ กลิ่น/ อื่นๆที่รบกวนผู้เข้าร่วมงานรายอื่นๆ  ผู้เข้าร่วมงานต้องแจ้งให้ผู้จัดงานทราบล่วงหน้าถึงกิจกรรมและการส่งเสริมการขายต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวกับการแข่งขันที่มีการแจกรางวัล  ผู้จัดงานไม่อนุญาตให้มีการใช้เครื่องขยายเสียงในระหว่างการจัดงาน ทั้งนี้เพื่อป้องกันการรบกวนผู้อื่น ยกเว้นอุปกรณ์โสตทัศนูปกรณ์ เช่น โทรทัศน์ วีดีโอ แต่จะต้องได้รับการควบคุมระดับเสียงให้เหมาะสมผู้เข้าร่วมงาน  จะต้องจัดเจ้าหน้าที่ประจำในคูหาตลอดช่วงเวลาแสดงสินค้าอย่างไรก็ตาม  ผู้เข้าร่วมงานไม่ควรกระทำการใดๆ  ให้เดือดร้อนหรือรบกวนผู้เข้าชมงานหรือผู้เข้าร่วมงานรายอื่นๆ

1.7     Organizers reserve the right to warn and cancel any product tests that cause loud noise, smell or any other interference that disturbs other exhibitors. Any exhibitors who wants to perform any test, product promotion activity or competition must inform the organizers in advance of the event. The organizers do not allow sound amplifiers or speakers besides audio visual equipment like TVs or videos. All equipment must limit volume to avoid disturbing other exhibitors. Also, every activity has to be in the exhibitor’s booth.

1.8     ผู้จัดงานขอสงวนสิทธิ์ที่จะประกาศข้อความเฉพาะที่เป็นสาธารณะประโยชน์เท่านั้น ของดประกาศข้อความเฉพาะบุคคล

1.8     The organizers have the right to announce any information which benefits the public and reserve the right to not announce any personal messages from anyone.

1.9     ไม่อนุญาตให้มีการถ่ายภาพหรือบันทึกเทปโทรทัศน์ในระหว่างงาน เว้นเสียแต่ได้รับอนุญาตจากผู้จัดงานและบุคคลดังกล่าวจะต้องติดบัตร Press ด้วย

1.9     Photography or video recording is not allowed during the exhibition unless permission from the organizers is granted. Anyone taking photos or videoing must have a Press card.

1.10   ห้ามนำสินค้าที่เป็นอันตราย  ได้แก่  วัสดุไวไฟ  น้ำมัน  แก๊ส  วัตถุระเบิด  วัตถุกัมมันตภาพรังสีเข้ามาจัดแสดงในบริเวณงาน

1.10   Flammable objects, oil, gas, explosives and radioactive objects are not allowed in the exhibition.

1.11   ไม่อนุญาตให้มีการจำหน่ายอาหาร  ยกเว้นเพื่อการชิมเท่านั้น

1.11   Selling food is not allowed but providing samples is permitted.

1.12   ไม่อนุญาตให้จอดรถในลานจอดรถบริเวณจุดขนถ่ายสินค้าด้านหลังอาคารแสดงสินค้าเพราะจะทำให้การจราจรติดขัด อนุญาตให้เฉพาะขนถ่ายสินค้าเท่านั้น  แล้วนำรถไปจอดบริเวณลานจอดรถอื่น

1.12   Parking in the loading area behind the exhibition hall is not allowed. Parking in the loading area can cause traffic jams. All of the vehicles need to be parked in the designated parking area. The loading area is only for off-loading.
