Lexicon Named SME of the Year at King Power Thailand International Business Awards

Bangkok, Thailand – Lexicon, a Bangkok-based digital storytelling agency specializing in executive personal branding for CEOs, LinkedIn management, and video production, has been named SME of the Year at the King Power Thailand International Business Awards.

At the same ceremony, Lexicon was also recognized as Runner-Up for Most Innovative Company, reflecting the agency’s differentiated approach to executive communication and long-term reputation building in an increasingly automated content landscape.

In addition to the company’s recognition, Lexicon’s Founder and CEO, David Norcross, was previously awarded Exceptional Entrepreneur at the 2023 edition of the King Power Thailand International Business Awards, acknowledging his leadership in building a focused, founder-led professional services firm in Thailand.

A Focus on Executive Credibility

Lexicon works with CEOs, founders, and senior leadership teams to help them articulate their expertise clearly and credibly in public. The agency’s work is centered on transforming real-world experience into structured digital narratives across written content, LinkedIn, and video.

Rather than offering broad digital marketing services, Lexicon has remained deliberately focused on a narrow set of capabilities aligned with executive communication.

Personal Branding for Senior Leaders

Lexicon’s personal branding services are designed specifically for executives operating at board and C-suite level. The agency applies a narrative-led framework that connects leadership experience, business strategy, and communication style into a coherent and defensible public profile.

Clients typically operate in sectors such as aerospace, manufacturing, professional services, and technology, both in Thailand and internationally.

LinkedIn Management as Strategic Communication

Lexicon provides LinkedIn management as a structured, long-term communication function. This includes positioning, editorial planning, content development, and narrative continuity, ensuring that executive profiles function as credible professional assets rather than promotional feeds.

The agency’s methodology emphasizes consistency, clarity of thought, and intellectual substance.

Video Production Built for Authority

Video production is a core pillar of Lexicon’s offering. From its Bangkok-based studio and on-location productions, the agency delivers executive interviews, podcast series, internal communications, and long-form thought leadership content.

Each production is designed to support authority, alignment, and clarity, rather than short-term engagement metrics.

Recognition for Focused Growth and Innovation

The SME of the Year and Most Innovative Company recognitions highlight Lexicon’s disciplined growth model, service specialization, and innovation within a defined niche. The agency operates without a traditional sales function, relying entirely on inbound demand driven by reputation and demonstrated expertise.

“These awards reflect our decision to stay narrow, senior, and substance-led,” said David Norcross. “We have focused on building credibility for leaders first, rather than chasing scale or trends.”

Lexicon continues to work with executives and organizations seeking a credible digital presence in Thailand and beyond.
