Wangdek

Challenge

This toy company has the local franchise for Mattel’s brands, Thomas the Tank Engine, Barbie, Fisher Price and Hot Wheels. However, without a clear online marketing strategy it was difficult to engage with the target audience, build online momentum or to measure success. Lexicon developed a new online marketing strategy for Wangdek, which included a great focus on video content and newly defined buyer personas.

Result

With an updated approach and key metrics to focus on and measure, qualitative and quantitative increases were seen with improved output, engagement and interest from the target audience.

Challenge

First we developed a strategy focused on building community with existing members and inviting in new members. Then, we executed a new tone of voice, visual style and led a member-focus calendar focusing on telling the story of the BCCT.

Challenge

We managed the launch of BKK Edition. An online magazine catering to middle class Bangkokians. As well as developing the marketing strategy, we crafted the content plan, visual style and tone of voice. During the launch, we managed targeted advertising, page moderation and caption writing, while acting as executive producers on all content.

Result

The page grew to 30,000 followers within its first 6 months. Each video produced by the page is reaching an average of 25,000 people with 100s of likes and dozens of comments on each post. In addition, the page quickly generated ROI through corporate partnerships.
