Challenge
							Dusit Thani International represents the central channel for all global Dusit Thani news. Without a clearly defined social media strategy, visual style or tone of voice, engaging with the target audience was a challenge. Lexicon curated all existing brand materials and conducted audience/competitor research, while developing an experientially-focused Big Idea, new content pillars, social media templates and identifying a new audience persona to be used for target advertising.						
				Result
							The implementation of this new strategy saw immediate quantifiable results. The Facebook page surpassed 1 million followers, while the Instagram page quickly saw a sharp increase in engagement.
